Digi Public School reserves the right to refuse or cancel any purchase order for any reason. Possible reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to, the unavailability of the product or service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention team. Additional verifications or information may be required before we can accept your order. If your order is canceled or if additional information is needed, Digi Public School will contact you.

Cancellation by the User:

Digi Public School retains the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations at its discretion. Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled. Digi Public School has the sole authority to determine whether an order has been processed. You agree to abide by Digi Public School’s decision on cancellations and acknowledge that you will not dispute this decision.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our business, Digi Public School does not offer a money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with any of our courses, you must notify our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and make a decision accordingly. Please note that fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
